Heritage & Planners refused to address issue

On July 26, 2005, I signed up for Heritage & Planners's technical assistance at their New Hunterhaven, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $500.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Milford X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
