Misleading advertising by Secure & Alliance Petaling Jaya

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5447-UIR-7285 placed with Secure & Alliance Petaling Jaya on June 28, 1976. I paid $286.36 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ladarius V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
