Unsatisfactory resolution from The Cozy Palace

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7478-ZVU-6297 placed with The Cozy Palace on June 8, 2021. I paid $740.80 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shad T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
