Unauthorized charges from Reserve Advisors International

On May 14, 1980, I signed up for Reserve Advisors International's consultation at their Kuhicshire, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $453.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Wilbert U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
