Tranquil Hotel Getaways Inc. failed to honor their commitment

On February 4, 1972, I signed up for Tranquil Hotel Getaways Inc.'s support package at their East Julien, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $560.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edwina K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
