Refund refused by Industrial Industries

On January 28, 2002, I signed up for Industrial Industries's warranty service at their Eunastad, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $355.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bell H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
