Poor customer service experience with Capital Credit Inc.

On October 26, 2005, I signed up for Capital Credit Inc.'s setup assistance at their West Joyceport, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $556.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Judy O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
