Refund refused by Mansion at Diamond

On August 23, 1972, I signed up for Mansion at Diamond's upgrade service at their Langworthland, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $243.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Myrtis F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
