False promises made by Unified-Build Enterprises representative

On July 28, 2009, I signed up for Unified-Build Enterprises's upgrade service at their Casperburgh, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $386.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cecil U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
