I am writing regarding order #ORD-3753-LFV-8919 placed with Cozy Palace on October 26, 2016. I paid $999.16 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stephania R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
