Cozy Palace provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6608-HNP-5974 placed with Cozy Palace on November 30, 1994. I paid $521.65 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kip S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
