The Classic Mansion Ltd. provided defective product

On October 9, 2000, I signed up for The Classic Mansion Ltd.'s maintenance program at their West Alessandro, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $286.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Halle Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
