False promises made by Manufacturing Industries International representative

On August 30, 1988, I signed up for Manufacturing Industries International's premium plan at their Lake Kameron, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $64.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Isabell C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
