Poor customer service experience with Manufacturing Industries International

On January 7, 2017, I signed up for Manufacturing Industries International's return process at their Weissnatview, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $486.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chelsey U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
