I purchased a system from Builders & Enterprises on December 12, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Chet Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
