Misleading advertising by Builders Contractors Holdings

On November 8, 2020, I signed up for Builders Contractors Holdings's customer support at their Jessmouth, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $929.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elza A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
