Account access issues with Wealth Holdings

I purchased a plan from Wealth Holdings on August 31, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sandrine O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
