I purchased a device from Master Components Enterprises on July 21, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vance U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
