I purchased a gadget from Diamond Haven & Experiences on November 2, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lacey H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
