Precision Forge refused to address issue

On December 11, 1993, I signed up for Precision Forge's warranty service at their Eichmannhaven, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $603.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Donna C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
