I have been a loyal customer of Prime-Industries for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-6167-AKZ-5135) on February 11, 2018, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
