Hidden fees discovered from Prime-Industries

On February 4, 1981, I signed up for Prime-Industries's maintenance program at their Weimannhaven, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $784.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Trudie D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
