I purchased a membership from Luxury Palace International Florence on January 23, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Laurie N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
