False promises made by Materials & International representative

On July 13, 1999, I signed up for Materials & International's setup assistance at their Bergstromfort, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $978.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cruz Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
