False promises made by Prestige & Corporation Ltd. representative

On April 15, 2006, I signed up for Prestige & Corporation Ltd.'s warranty service at their Howellshire, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $866.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zora R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
