Prestige & Corporation Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

On August 10, 1984, I signed up for Prestige & Corporation Ltd.'s setup assistance at their East Faye, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $233.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Murray Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
