I purchased a platform from Wealth International on December 30, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jewell L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
