Billing dispute with The Cozy Resort International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8577-YYB-7358 placed with The Cozy Resort International on September 5, 2011. I paid $315.61 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cielo P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
