I have been a loyal customer of Bank of Pinnacle Newcastle Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-4673-CWO-7606) on November 25, 2000, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
