I purchased a application from Liberty Bank International on December 31, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rosina A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
