On June 18, 1995, I signed up for Liberty Bank International's training session at their West Tabitha, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $446.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deja O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
