I have been a loyal customer of Classic Inn & Group Omsk Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-1535-HFT-5957) on September 27, 2020, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
