I purchased a platform from Classic Inn & Group Omsk Holdings on August 23, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brady H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
