I am writing regarding order #ORD-6540-ZAE-6812 placed with Advanced-Craft Group on June 10, 1984. I paid $871.26 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bridie P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
