Frustrated with Advanced-Craft Group's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1233-XOM-6178 placed with Advanced-Craft Group on February 10, 2012. I paid $300.68 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Monique U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
