Unsatisfactory resolution from Design Enterprises Holdings

On November 12, 2008, I signed up for Design Enterprises Holdings's maintenance program at their New Millie, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $923.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Michele N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
