I purchased a software from Pro Tech Works Holdings on June 25, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Herta R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
