Capital & Brokers refused to address issue

I purchased a appliance from Capital & Brokers on May 23, 1986. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zora O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
