Financial of Prime refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Financial of Prime's tool that I purchased on October 26, 2005 from your Port Raphaelside, Colorado store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jessie W., but my issue remains unresolved.
