I have been a loyal customer of Works Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-9736-UTD-7164) on April 13, 2025, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Works Inc finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the headphones, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
