I purchased a subscription from Quality Contractors & Sons on November 29, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Erick C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
