Quality Contractors & Sons failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2046-CPA-5758 placed with Quality Contractors & Sons on December 31, 1979. I paid $651.51 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Geoffrey B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
