I have been a loyal customer of Finance Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-7976-FPD-5137) on September 18, 2020, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
