I have been a loyal customer of Palace Hospitality Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-1642-FHS-1899) on December 8, 2018, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
