I want to report a serious concern with Palace at Premium Enterprises's unit that I purchased on November 28, 1992 from your Kianmouth, Iowa store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Willard I., but my issue remains unresolved.
