Refund refused by Global Finance Toronto Enterprises

On November 22, 1974, I signed up for Global Finance Toronto Enterprises's upgrade service at their New Fionatown, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $181.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Henderson V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
