I have been a loyal customer of Stay at Luxury Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-1444-KCV-9175) on January 2, 2020, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
