Frustrated with Stay at Luxury Holdings's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9397-BXS-9703 placed with Stay at Luxury Holdings on July 10, 2000. I paid $289.4 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gaylord T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
