I purchased a unit from Prime Forge International on September 28, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Magdalena B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
