Quality issues with PremierFiscal product

On May 3, 2009, I signed up for PremierFiscal's support package at their Pfefferborough, New York location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $875.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Clotilde N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
